Manage Your Day
All your booked services and excursions will be displayed in chronological order on your "My Day" page. With your permission, Carnival HUB will send you a push notification half an hour before your reservations start so you don't miss them.

Scan the QR code of the restaurant in your hotel or scenic spot through Carnival HUB to order food. Sunbathing by the pool? You can also choose our convenient meal delivery service.

Can minors use Chat?
For safety reasons, parents and guardians must give consent within the app for guests 12 years and under to activate onboard chat.
Do I need Internet access to use the app?
No internet purchase is required. The app works in Airplane Mode, which means guests do not incur roaming fees. The app works with the ship's Wi-Fi.
